Miss Clare David was very approachable and friendly, she was able to explain the treatment my daughter was getting and what to look out for as her treatment progressed, which put my mind and my daughters at rest. Anything I was concerned about she explained in terms that made it easy to understand. The care and understanding of the radiologists was outstanding and gratefully received.

Clare has been an ambassador for UCL in the dealings I have had with her over my course of twenty five radiotherapy treatments. Clare has delivered exactly what she promised when we were first introduced at my meeting with the Clinical Oncology Consultant – she was my key point of contact throughout my Radiotherapy treatment, as well as being there every time, in person, for all the key milestones. Whenever I have sent an email with any queries I have had, I have received a comprehensive and helpful response by return. When I had problems with the fitting of the moulds that held me in place as my leg swelled during the course of the treatment, the issues were addressed before that day’s appointment, with Clare meeting with myself and the radiologists to find a way to resolve the issue. Radiotherapy treatment is a marathon, not a sprint and both I and my family are forever grateful to Clare and the team of Radiologists at UCL for being beside and helping me every step of the way. Thank you for helping to save my life.

Clare is a 5 star caring professional. From our first meeting Clare put me at ease with her calm and positive attitude. Clare is a very good listener and always has time for you making you feel you are the only patient she is caring for despite the pressure Clare must be under particularly at these difficult Covid times. I've had some correspondence with Clare by email and she always responds quickly. I fell very fortunate that Clare is my main contact. Having said that all the UCLH Radiograph team have been kind and considerate with excellent attention to detail in a calm and professional manner.
